For certification, your original file never leaves your device. Its SHA-256 fingerprint is calculated locally in your browser, and only the cryptographic proof is sent to UNFTProof and anchored on-chain.

For workflows that require temporary file delivery, such as Remote Signing and NDA Protected Delivery, files are encrypted by default. For maximum privacy, you can also encrypt them locally with your own password before upload — a password UNFTProof never receives or stores.
